Continuous Improvement Video
Interview Video
I made this video to show the benefits of continuous improvement through candid interviews with Nordstrom employees about how the methods changed their daily work. We shot the interviews across a full day, and the finished video was shown at a large internal recognition meeting.
My Contributions
I helped stage the shoot, set up the lighting, and record audio for the video. I then edited the whole thing myself in post-production, cutting the candid interviews into a story about how continuous improvement changed people's daily work.
Tools Used
My creative team and I used a Canon 6D camera to record the video and a Zoom H4N to record the audio. I used Adobe Premiere to edit the video and Adobe Audition to edit the audio.
